Here you can learn about Marine Life awareness, water safety, and even take a private surfing lesson. Expect to pay about $135 for a 3-hour surfing lesson.
Pure Life Surf School
Pure Life Surf School has long been considered one of Florida’s best and most elite surfing institutions. Located in Wilbur by the Sea, Florida (a small ocean town), Pure Life offers group and private surf lessons, as well as a surf camp, surf equipment rentals and even stand-up paddle lessons and tours. What Pure Life prides itself on is that it doesn’t only teach students how to surf, it teaches them how to be good surfers, which includes a great level of knowledge and awareness. Pure Life is located in the Daytona Beach area, and it also has a beach house location for its inside facilities.
Nex Generation Surf School
Also located in Cocoa Beach, FL is Nex Generation Surf School, offering surf lessons to those of all levels. Nex Generation teaches with longboards and short boards, and they also offer a surf camp for the summer time. At Nex Generation, you can take private surfing lessons, or arrange semi-private lessons with your own friends or family.
